Returns

You can return any items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, unless it has been used or stained.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unwashed, unused and with it’s packaging as received. Contact us with your order number, your name and the reason why you’re returning the item(s) to hello@headdressuk.com, in which we will provide the return address via email if your return has been approved. We will then process the refund to you.

You will then need to return the item. Please note, we do not cover the cost of returning the product, or cover the cost for duties, taxes or shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
